If you have driven down Valley Road lately you will have no doubt noticed the sign out in front of the builing housing the Montclair Times. With reports of the many newspapers that are in trouble, we here at Burbtimes couldn’t help but wonder if this be a sign of the things to come or are our local scribes just looking for another home? A call to the Montclair Times put to rest any speculation and we have been told that they are looking for a more suitable space in town that will accommodate their dozens of employees. 
If you are interested in purchasing the building it is listed for sale by Michael Walters from NAI James E. Hanson for $2.25M. A search of the tax records show that the building is owned by the North Jersey Media Group and that the yearly taxes in 2007 were $43,282.
